Finding Balance with Yoga and Meditation
Are you struggling with stress and life’s challenges? Do you often feel overstimulated and in a constant fight-or-flight mode?
Then, learning and practicing Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation can be a very effective way to find your inner and outer balance again. Using the wisdom of your body and mind will not only help you to better cope with stress, but it also serves as a preventative method to allow a more adaptive response to future stress.
In this workshop we will practice different breathing techniques, gentle yoga movements, and meditation to improve flexibility, strength, and to release tension.
No prior experience required. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and a cushion.
